Mixx Gets Serious About Community Building

Digg competitor Mixx just launched an extension to its groups feature that founder Chris McGill describes as “Ning for social media”. More at TechCrunch. This is something I've always wanted to see happen. I've been critical of Mixx in the past - but have to give it Kudos right now.

I'm back from a quick vacation (hey, I needed it). I have checked out the responses re: Mixx.com - and soon I am going to contact the head of Mixx to hand them over. It's time to start our review of Mixx.com. Take the next 3-5 days to immerse yourself in the site.
