StumbleUpon Banning Accounts Because of TOS Violations?

Hi All, I just read this post from Social News Central user MaxyRo and thought it was worth some possible discussion: http://www.maxyro.com/web-news/cleaning-out-the-closet-on-stumbleupon/ We've all heard plenty on digg accounts being banned, but I've heard rare conversation surrounding Stumbleupon banning users. Beyond the obvious spammers and malicious accounts I'd be curious to know if anyone have any experience or knowledge of good users being banned or at least reviewed by SU. Mixx Gets Serious About Community Building

Digg competitor Mixx just launched an extension to its groups feature that founder Chris McGill describes as “Ning for social media”. More at TechCrunch. This is something I've always wanted to see happen. I've been critical of Mixx in the past - but have to give it Kudos right now.
